MIAMI-CB Richard Ellis has completed the sale of a light distribution building in Miami. DCT Industrial Trust has acquired 8551 NW 30th Terrace situated in Miami from 30th Terrace, LLC for an amount of $7,600,000 or about $76.00 per square foot.
