NEW YORK CITY-The founder of Kansas Fried Chicken chain, Horace Bullard has listed back the former Thunderbolt roller coaster site located at Coney Island on the market for sale. Last year, he listed the vacant three-acre parcel of land for sale, but failed to find a buyer.
Robert Dankner of Prime Manhattan Residential has said that the price for the site may reach between $75 million and $90 million. Prime Manhattan Residential is marketing the lot.For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal.
