TAMPA, FL-GE Energy Services has moved from its previous location at Westshore to Downtown Tampa. The company has leased 9,923 square feet at M&I Bank Plaza, a Class A office building at 501 East Kennedy Blvd.
The owner of the 20-story office building is 501 East Kennedy Associates, LLC. The building is operated by Penn-Florida Companies.
