SECAUCUS, NJ-Acquisitions and leasing continue to pick up in Northern New Jersey, with one of the most recent deals a JV acquisition of 565 Winsor Dr. here by Stro Cos. and Green Distribution.
The deal, reportedly about $6 million, allows Green to expand to the 100,000-square-foot industrial building from a leased Carlstadt, NJ location. The Schultz Organization represented the purchasers. Team Resources represented the seller.
Leasing also is picking up, reports Schultz managing director Douglas Gaffney, including more than five leases exceeding 17,000 square feet at 160 Littleton Rd. in Parsippany, NJ, including deals with Integration International, Continuum Healthcare, Ameriprise and Residential Home Funding. Owner Silverman Group upgraded the 25,000-square-foot office building following its recent acquisition.
