ORLANDO-NAI Realvest has negotiated a new lease deal for an industrial space in Oviedo. Jerome G. Sheppard of Oviedo has leased the industrial space measuring 1,600 square feet at 2464 W. SR 426, suite 1022 in Oviedo.
The new tenant, who is planning to expand Mercedes-Benz repair and service facility at the property, has leased the space from Altamonte Springs-based Oviedo Commerce Center, LLC.
