DELRAY BEACH, FL-CB Richard Ellis has closed the sale of a development site in Delray Beach. Windsor Capital Corporation has acquired the Emerald Place development site at 14377 Sims Road in Delray Beach from CRM Properties Florida, LLC for an amount of $500,000 or about $16,129 per lot.
