ORANGE COUNTY, CA-Los Angeles-based CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. is enlarging its Bayview Corporate Center offices in Newport Beach. The company has signed a 10-year lease with Salt Lake City-based SK Hart Management LLC for 87,249 square feet at Bayview, a 332,000-square-foot complex at 3501 Jamboree Road near the Corona del Mar (73) Freeway.
