HOUSTON-Colliers International has closed the sale of a 1.9-acre site in The Woodlands. Valero has acquired the site located at southwest corner of Six Pines Drive and Research Forest Drive from The Woodlands Development Co.
Valero has plans to construct a 5,000-square-foot Valero Service Station, Taco Plus eatery, Corner Store and carwash. Cody Christoph and Todd Edmonds from Colliers International negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller.For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
