HOUSTON-Tom Pisula Development has announced that a public health care real estate investment trust has purchased five medical office buildings in The Woodlands. The acquired buildings measure 302,000 square feet.
The five medical office buildings are Medical Arts Center II located at 17351 St. Luke's Way on St. Luke's The Woodlands Hospital's campus, 9191 Pinecroft Drive, 9303 and 9305 Pinecroft Drive and 8850 Six Pines Drive.
