HOUSTON-CB Richard Ellis has closed a lease renewal deal in Houston on behalf of both the tenant, Regus Business Centre, and the landlord, Riverway Holdings. Regus Business Centre has renewed its lease for 19,090 square feet in the 25-story One Riverway office building at Woodway Drive and South Post Oak Lane.
In the deal, the tenant was represented by Elliott Hirshfeld, Peter Danna, Mike Kay, Steve Rigby and Baron Aldrine, while the landlord was represented by Dave Hanusa and Steve Rocher.For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
