HOUSTON-CB Richard Ellis and Colliers International have closed a lease deal for an industrial property in Pasadena. Safway Services has leased the office warehouse building measuring 5,150 square feet at 3511 Watters Road in Pasadena.
Safway Services has leased the building from Marinus Properties. In the lease deal, the tenant was represented by Ron Gernay with CB Richard Ellis, while the landlord was represented by Blake Gibson and Marshall Clinkscales with Colliers International.For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
