HOUSTON-NAI Houston and CB Richard Ellis have closed a lease renewal deal for an office space in Houston. Skymark Development Co. has signed the lease renewal deal for 5,761 square feet of office space at 1616 S. Voss Road.
Skymark Development has leased the space from Ro Partners. In the lease transaction, the tenant was represented by Chad Beck with Jones Lang LaSalle, while the landlord was represented by Kristen Rabel, Louann Pereira and Steve Rocher with CB Richard Ellis.For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
