HOUSTON-Jones Lang LaSalle has completed a lease deal in Houston on behalf of Telecheck Services, the tenant. Telecheck has leased 120,458 square feet of space at Galleria Plaza I at 5251 Westheimer from Chase Merritt Four Corners.
For more than 20 years, Telecheck has been occupying space in the building. In the lease transaction, brokers from Jones Lang LaSalle-Houston office and Jones Lang LaSalle-New York represented the tenant, while the landlord was represented by Kelli Crutchfield and David Baker of Transwestern.For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
