NEW YORK CITY-Tishman Speyer and Baker Hostetler, a law firm, are looking to renew their lease deals at Rockefeller Center. The law firm now occupies 100,000 square feet of space at 45 Rockefeller Plaza.
As the lease is expiring in 2012, Baker is planning to hold on to the space. In 2006, the law firm subleased spaces from Ropes and Gray. In last year, the firm leased additional 20,000 square feet at the Rock Center building. Asking rents can rise into the $80s.For the full story, go to New York Observer.
