ARLINGTON, VA-Black Oak Associates has purchased the Hastings Marketplace shopping center situated in Manassas. The company has acquired the center as part of $21.6-million deal for a delayed mixed-use development.

Harris Teeter is currently occupying 56,000 square feet at Hastings Marketplace. The acquisition of Hastings is the second one Black Oak has completed in the past four months. Black Oak bought South Cumberland Marketplace, a shopping complex measuring 130,000 square feet in Baltimore, for $3.75 million in November.For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal.
