DURHAM, NC-Chicago-based Harrison Street Real Estate Capital LLC has sold The Warehouse, a 55-unit student housing apartment complex at 316 West Rosemary St. in Chapel Hill, to New York-based ING Clarion Partners for an amount of $19.9 million. The Warehouse, constructed in 1999, is presently 100% occupied.
