ARLINGTON, VA-Bethesda-based B.F. Saul Real Estate Investment Trust has purchased the Colony House Furniture site located at 1700 Lee Highway in the Rosslyn neighborhood of Arlington for $5.6 million. Since 1957, the 70-plus-year-old Colony House Furniture business was occupying the 1.2-acre site viewing Interstate 66 and now is moving to an Arlington site, said owner J.R. Diffee.
