MILWAUKEE-Corix Utilities U.S. Inc. is moving its 8,000-square-foot headquarters space at 126 N. Jefferson St. in Milwaukee to Wauwatosa. The company has leased 14,800 square feet of space at 11020 W. Plank Court in Wauwatosa from Liberty Property Trust.
The 50,000-square-foot office building is situated near corner of Watertown Plank Road and Highway 100. Joe Powers of Brookfield-based NAI MLG Commercial negotiated the deal on behalf of the tenant.For the full story, go to The Business Journal.
