SAN DIEGO-According to developers, the long-discussed Millenia, a 210-acre development in eastern Chula Vista, may proceed forward. The project includes commercial amenities and homes.
Stratford Land of Dallas has joined hands with San Diego-based Corky McMillin Cos., the original developer of the project, as a partner to develop the mixed-use project expected to come up within the Otay Ranch community.
