WICHITA, KS-Edward Jones is opening an office at Auburn Pointe. Bob Nicklaus has inked a lease for five years with Occidental Management for 1,200 square feet at Auburn Pointe, a 36,540-square-foot center at Maple and 135th Street West.
Nicklaus will be the operator of the new Edward Jones office. The listed rate for the space at Auburn Pointe is $12 per square foot. Occidental Management constructed the center in 2007.
