NASHVILLE-A division of Wells Fargo, the lender, has offered $3 million for an Elm Hill Pike office building that is leased to the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The building measuring 28,000 square feet at 2868 Elm Hill Pike was sold in a foreclosure sale.
North Carolina-based Q6 Office II LLC, the previous owner of the building, had failed to pay a $5.7-million loan obtained in April 2007. Q6 Office II acquired the building in 2006 for an amount of $7.8 million.For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal.
