LOS ANGELES-F.C.C. Logistics Ltd., a Chinese logistics company, has recently acquired a vacant industrial building measuring 71,360 square feet at 18747 Laurel Park Road in Rancho Dominguez. The company has purchased the building from Boston-based T.A. Associates Inc. for $5.3 million or about $74 per square foot.

F.C.C. will occupy the building, located five miles away from the Port of Los Angeles, later this month. Frank Schulz from Klabin Co./Corfac International's Torrance office represented the seller in the deal.For the full story, go to Los Angeles Business Journal.
