SAN DIEGO-Jones Lang LaSalle has negotiated a lease renewal and expansion deal in San Diego. Novatel Wireless Inc. has renewed its lease for 60 months with MPG Office Trust Inc. for four suites at 9645 Scranton Road.
Novatel Wireless has expanded its space to more than 96,000 square feet at the San Diego Tech Center. It signed the deal for more than $13.5 million.
