BOSTON-Brokers from Lincoln Property Company's Boston office have negotiated an office lease in Boston. STAG Capital Partners LLC, a real estate investment firm based in Boston, has leased 11,480 square feet of office space at 99 High St. from National Union Fire Insurance Co., the sublandlord.
In the lease deal, the tenant was represented by Brendan Miller and Kevin Malloy of Lincoln Property, while the sublandlord was represented by Larry Epstein with Colliers International.For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal.
