NEW YORK CITY-A projected Soho suite of Stillwater Capital Partners is up for sale. The 476 Broome Street site, to be sold in a foreclosure auction on St. Patrick's Day, may fetch $32.3 million.

The Soho property was planned to have seven condo units, including a 4,000-square-foot retail space housing an art gallery and an art store, a rooftop swimming pool and two penthouses. It was bought for $27 million in August 2006 and received $27.25 million in financing from BRT Realty Trust.For the full story, go to New York Observer.
