
SAN DIEGO-Presidio Residential Capital has arranged $10.5 million in construction loan to Zephyr La Jolla Investors LLC. The construction loan will help Zephyr La Jolla Investors finance a 24-unit townhome development in La Jolla Village.
The loan will be utilized for the purchase, demolition of the site and construction of the project. The development, to be known as La Jolla Townhomes, will include three-bedroom and three-bathroom units and 1,643 square feet. Prices for the units will start in the mid-$700,000s.
