PALM BEACH, FL-CB Richard Ellis has closed the sale of a retail property in Boynton Beach. Canada-based Morguard Investments Limited has acquired Boynton Town Center, 202,000-square-foot shopping center on Congress Avenue across the Boynton Beach Mall from an associate of the Sembler Company for $59M.
The center includes tenants such as SuperTarget, Total Wine, Michael's and Best Buy. The Florida National Retail Investment Group at CBRE negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
