NEW YORK CITY-eMusic is relocating from its current 18,000-square-foot space at 535 Fifth Ave. to a larger space at 39 W. 13th St. The digital music club has leased 25,000 square feet at 39 W. 13th St. from Samson Associates for its office headquarters.
The club will occupy the entire third-floor space for an asking price of $50 per square foot. Dan Madison and Brian Rovell of Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant, while the landlord had in-house representation.For the full story, go to New York Post.
