FORT MYERS, FL-EverBank has sold an office building measuring 6,060 square feet and two former model homes on a 1.47-acre site at 3602-3618 Colonial Court in Fort Myers. It has sold the property to Consolidated Citrus Limited Partnership for $600,000.
