NEW YORK CITY-Odyssey Financial Technologies has inked a lease for 10 years with New York-based Savanna for 7,500 square feet at 5 Hanover Square, a 25-story tower in the Financial District. The financial software firm will occupy part of the 20th-floor space in the building.

Asking rents in the tower start in the low-$30s range. Frank Cento from Cushman & Wakefield handled the property lease on behalf of the landlord, while the tenant was represented by Newmark Knight Frank.For the full story, go to New York Observer.
