MEMPHIS-Arlington, Virginia-based Five Guys Enterprises LLC dba Five Guys Burger and Fries is opening its first Memphis location. The company's local franchisee, Jubilee Restaurant Group of Alabama has leased 2,882 square feet in Primacy Place, a 42,385-square-foot shopping center at 1315 Ridgeway.
The tenant has filed a $260,000 building sanction to build out its restaurant. In the deal, the tenant was represented by CB Richard Ellis Memphis' Alex Turley, and Loeb Properties Inc.'s Aaron Petree represented Parkridge Place LP, the landlord.For the full story, go to Memphis Business Journal.
