Moffett, the successor trustees formed under the Vincent/Sara Irrevocable Trust Agreement, have sold the Diamond 24 Apartments situated at 1742 and 1754 Diamond St. in Pacific Beach for $3.3 million. The apartments comprise neighboring 8-unit and 16-unit patio buildings.
