NEW YORK CITY-Morrison Foerster, a law firm, has inked a letter of intent with Boston Properties to lease nearly 200,000 square feet at 250 W. 55th St. Skidmore Owings & Merrill has designed the upcoming 40-story, 843,564 square-foot building.

The project calls for restaurants and retail measuring 25,000 square feet, a 22,000-square-foot floor plates, a fountain and a roof garden. CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant in the deal. For the full story, go to New York Post.
