WASHINGTON, DC-The General Services Administration has leased 52,000 square feet at 999 N. Capitol St. NW, owned by Los Angeles-based CIM Group Inc., for the Office of Personal Management. The space, managed by Akridge, will house the OPM for five years.
The 999 North Capitol building measuring 320,000 square feet and the 899 N. Capitol St. NW building measuring 310,000 square feet are nearly 50% leased. The agency will relocate into the Union Square project of CIM later this year.For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal.
