NEW YORK CITY-Well-known Lower Manhattan restaurateurs, Harry and Peter Poulalakos have received approval from the Battery Park City Authority to construct an oyster bar on Pier A. The Poulalakoses and The Dermot Company have partnered to build the oyster bar, which will include an event venue center, a visitor center and outdoor seating, on a 30,000-square-foot space.
