MIAMI BEACH-Terranova Corporation has negotiated a lease deal for a retail space in Hialeah. Rent-A-Center, an appliance and home furnishings retailer, has signed a lease for about 4,000 square feet of space at El Mercado Shopping Center located at 2484 W. 60th St. in Hialeah.
The shopping center is situated on the southeast corner of West 24th Avenue and NW 114th Street. Danny Diaz, a Commercial Associate at Terranova, handled the lease transaction.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
