NEW YORK CITY-Shay Zvibak, the restaurateur who operates the Candela Candela eatery on Second Avenue in East Village, has inked a lease for 10 years with 101 Ludlow for 500 square feet at adjacent 101 Ludlow St. at Delancey Street. The newly leased space will house the Hummus Shop.
