MIAMI BEACH-Terranova has closed a new lease deal in Miami. Energy Kitchen, a fast-food chain, has signed a long-term lease for nearly 2,500 square feet at Suniland Shopping Center located at 11325 South Dixie Highway in Pinecrest.
The new lease at the shopping center will be the first location in South Florida for Energy Kitchen, which presently operates 10 eateries in the New York City area. Mindy McIlroy from Terranova negotiated the lease deal.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
