ORANGE COUNTY, CA-A controversial plan to develop portion of the city's North Beach area reaches San Clemente voters. The proposed development, known as Playa del Norte, will have an oceanfront commercial space measuring 49,000 square feet near the northern border of the city along El Camino Real.
The project, to be constructed by Costa Mesa-based Lab Holding LLC, will include office space, shops and restaurants. The city and the developer still need to finalize the project, if it passes through the voters.For the full story, go to Orange County Business Journal.
