ORLANDO-NAI Realvest has closed a sublease deal for an office space in downtown Orlando. Wave Software has subleased the 4,615-square-foot Class A office space in Lincoln Plaza, a 16-story building at 300 S. Orange Ave. at the crossway of South Street and Orange Avenue.
The local subtenant has subleased suite 900 from Shutts & Bowen, the sublandlord. Drew Saphos, Christie Alexander and George Livingston of NAI Realvest represented the tenant, and CNL Commercial Real Estate represented the sublandlord in the deal.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
