COLUMBIA, MD-Columbia Gateway Plaza LLC has acquired the Shoppes at Gateway Plaza, a 24,000-square-foot shopping center in Columbia, from an associate of Bethesda-based Stanford Properties LC for $3.5 million or about $148 per square foot. The property is 87% leased.
The shopping center houses tenants including Flavors of India restaurant and the Columbia Bank. In the deal, the seller was represented by Gil Neuman with KLNB Retail Investment Sales, and the buyer was represented by Rick Porter with Goldstone Realty.For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal.
