MIAMI-Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Inc., Drimets and Alcora Group have finalized their lease deals in One Park Square at Doral, a 281,000-square-foot Class A office building in Doral. The tenants will take a combined 24,100 square feet in the building.
Drimets and Harley-Davidson will occupy a combined 17,500 square feet, while Alcora Group will expand its space. In the lease deal, New Boston Fund, Inc., the landlord, was represented by Blanca Commercial Real Estate, while Harley-Davidson was represented by Jones Lang LaSalle.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
