BETHESDA, MD-Walton Street Capital LLC and StonebridgeCarras LLC are planning to construct 50,000 square feet of retail and nearly 300 rental units near downtown Bethesda. The joint venture has paid 29.2 million for the 1.6-acre site, originally planned to house a condominium complex.
