CHICAGO-A venture headed by Benjamin Lurie and Benjamin Pritzker has acquired the 2624 N. Lincoln Ave. building in Lincoln Park for an amount of $1.3 million. The 6,019-square-foot building, known as Deja Vu, was sold by Schaumburg-based Ala Carte Entertainment LP.
Ala Carte recently provided the 2,257-square-foot ground-floor retail space for the RockBox. The other remaining 4,500 square feet in the building is apartment space.
