
WASHINGTON, DC-Two Chinatown parcels sold at a foreclosure auction are underway for redevelopment. Douglas Development Corp. and McCaffery Interests Inc. have purchased the 675 H St. NW parcel with plans to convert the building into a mix of retail and office space measuring 45,000 to 48,000 square feet.
Monument Realty acquired 627 to 631 H St. NW with plans to turn the property into a mixed-use project measuring 80,000 square feet. The project will include nearly 12,000 square feet of retail space.For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal.
