AUSTIN, TX-Praxis Capital LLC, an investment firm based in Santa Rosa, California, has acquired Walnut Grove Apartments, a 54-unit apartment at 7211 Northeast Drive in northeast Austin. The firm has purchased the complex out of foreclosure.
The apartment complex, which was constructed in 1972, totals nearly 40,722 square feet and contains five, two-story buildings along with a pool. The acquisition is one of several planned deals aiming to acquire 7,500 units in major cities of Texas.For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal.
