DALLAS-Houston-based Hines and New York-based GTIS Partners have joined together to develop 500 single-family residences on more than 200 acres of land in Las Colinas and Southlake. The Las Colinas project will include 64 single-family residences that will be developed on 13 acres.
Carillon, a mixed-use development on Southlake, will include 404 single-family homes and 80 acres of medical, retail and office space. Children's Medical Center will be opened at the Southlake site in May.For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal.
