CHICAGO-Armour-Eckrich Meats LLC is planning to enlarge its space by nearly 13% at Central Park of Lisle. The company, which occupies space in both buildings, is consolidating its space into one building by occupying 71,479 square feet at the complex.
The meat firm will take 18,402 square feet on the third floor and 53,077 square feet on the sixth floor. Chicago-based White Oak Realty Partners acquired Central Park of Lisle in a joint venture for $77 million.For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
