NASHVILLE-New owners have acquired the remaining lots at the Fairvue Plantation development situated in Sumner County. CAL-TN, LLC has purchased 61 lots from The Bank of Nashville for an amount of $2.6 million.
The acquired lots also include 11 lakeside lots. Leon Moore of Fairvue Club Properties filed for Chapter 11 in December 2009. Jason Powell of Colliers International represented CAL-TN, and Jennifer Spergl of Benchmark Realty represented The Bank of Nashville in the deal.For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal.
