BALTIMORE-Patrick Turner, a developer based in Baltimore, is planning to introduce a $35-million infrastructure project at Westport development in July. The project will start with laying the groundwork to start construction of the first structure of the $1.2 billion project.

Turner is working with Skanska USA to set up the underground infrastructure required to support offices, restaurants and homes at Wsetport in South Baltimore. The first structure of the project will include a 200-unit apartment building.For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal.
